## Mission
UNITIQX is an original, browser-first modular technical system on a Hostinger VPS. Goals: knowledge retrieval, local AI chat, research, games/simulators, creative production, utilities, secure build workflows, evidence/test gates and measured iteration. Prioritize existing working components over new duplicate dashboards.

## Private continuity after ChatGPT deletion (owner access required)

- Owner chat stores messages on the VPS, retrieves selected local project sources, and reads current service status.
- The VPS currently does NOT contain a complete ChatGPT account export; don't delete old chats until the official export, import verification, and independent backup are complete.
- A new ChatGPT/provider session can read THIS public URL, but access to private source and live authorized actions still requires a connected, permissioned VPS tool. Public bootstrap alone cannot restore private conversation history.

## Historical verified capabilities
- Hostinger VPS is a lightweight 2-vCPU coordination/inference server, with multiple running project services and 9 installed local Ollama models (including an embedding model).
- Open WebUI plus Ollama is a private local chat foundation; do NOT claim its owner login flow was fully validated.
- Public Mission Control had 35/35 Chromium tests and security regression had 42/42 at last audit. Verify fresh status for current claims.
- SYSTEMVERSE implements original browser games with tested missions. Other modules have varying maturity; HTTP 200 only proves response.
- Public gateway intentionally does not publish the private vault, Ollama inference endpoint or owner credentials.

## How to operate with a new AI provider
1. Read this bootstrap, then inspect Mission Control's live snapshot for as-of timestamps.
2. If you have authorized connector access to the VPS, read private owner handoff at /opt/unitiqx-vault/sovereign-memory/OWNER_HANDOFF.md and machine evidence. Without authenticated access, **do not invent private state**.
3. For changes, inspect exact source, keep backups, test positive and negative paths, and report actual receipts. Never claim a provider or local small model has frontier parity solely due to familiar UI.
4. The owner wants minimal laptop/file handling: run software and storage in VPS/cloud, access via browsers.
5. DO NOT assume the VPS has the user's entire ChatGPT history. At the date of this document a full ChatGPT data export had NOT been imported.

PUBLIC: approved product interfaces, sanitized machine snapshots and this bootstrap.
OWNER ONLY: private source, decisions, build logs, project databases, imported ChatGPT archives, credentials, and conversation history.
MODEL INFERENCE: private local models; any external provider access must honor explicit permissions and data sensitivity.
